🌟 Why Choose the Retake Course

🎓 Introduction

Students typically improve by two grades per subject, allowing them to go from “average” to “competitive”.

You’ll begin with a detailed meeting with your subject teachers in September: reviewing your previous work, covering missed syllabus content, assessing exam technique, and identifying weak spots.

Regular assessment throughout the year: topic tests, timed exam-style questions, past papers, and teacher feedback. This helps build confidence and refine skills.

📚 What to Expect

By the end of the course, learners will:

  • Intensive subject classes tailored to your needs.
  • Personalised tuition sessions for areas you need to improve (exam technique, time management, etc.).
  • Structured revision & study plans curated by staff.
  • Mock exams to replicate the final exam environment and help you track your progress.

🎯 Getting Ready

From September, you’ll work closely with our leadership and subject teachers to map out your improvement plan. This includes early identification of study skill gaps, exam technique training, and rigorous past paper practice. The goal is to maximise your chances of achieving the grades you need.

Students should have completed their A-Levels previously but wish to improve grades.
